Natural Practices to Heal Yourself, Your Community and Your World

The Need to Continue…

So many of us learn important skills or lessons.  We practice with ferver at the beginning and then life happens.

This blog is born out of my realization for the Need To Continue this practice.  It is often difficult to meet more regularly than once a month but there is so much healing opportunity waiting for us in the rest of those days.

Many days lately I have sat in meditation and received guidance for a particular balance for that day.  Many times I’ve thought about how many others could also benefit from that same balance.

I am only one person.  But, if we open up the “field” and the circle of energy and healing by getting a group of people to balance the same goal we will tap into a Healing Power that will benefit all of us!

Please join me on this journey.  Use this place to share your experiences of these daily balances and also to share your challenges so that we can help each other.

“May your hearts be flooded with light so you can understand your wonderful future and may your love for each other overflow more and more so that you will keep on growing in your knowledge and understanding.”

Namaste,

Lindsey

    Thank you, Thank you!
What a wonderful and practical idea for those of us who want the encouragement and the push to use these new tools every day.
I too become impatient with myself and with the process. Sometimes I have an invested interest and want a visible outcome NOW.
    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

    • Thanks Sharon! I had talked to a few people who were feeling the same way and I thought this would be a great way to reach out! I love posting so far! (only two days) 🙂 and love how it makes me reflect on my practice and my life!

Feel free to pass the address on to anyone you think might like it!
